Pulmonary Hypertension Program

The Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) Program is dedicated to providing cutting-edge services to patients with PH -- a challenging disease where people have high blood pressure in the lungs. The program’s multidisciplinary team is led by Ruth Minkin, MD, a skilled, board-certified pulmonologist with special expertise in treating this disorder.

PH can be difficult to diagnose, since its symptoms -- such as shortness of breath, fatigue, chest pain, swollen ankles, dizziness and fainting -- can be confused with various other medical conditions. With this in mind, our team performs different diagnostic tests to identify PH as the cause of these problems. In addition, our program offers a range of PH treatment and support services to help patients cope with this disease.
