This is a special program in the Division of Cardiology for patients who would like to:

 

·        Reduce their risk of heart attack, stroke and peripheral vascular disease or reduce the chance of having another event

 

·        Have comprehensive assessment and risk factor identification

·        Cholesterol and full lipid profile testing and treatment

·        Focused screening for people with diabetes

·        Management of high blood pressure

·        Smoking cessation

·        Nutrition evaluation and weight loss counseling
