Flu Vaccine Information

The 2009-2010 seasonal flu vaccine is now available in all of our offices.  To schedule an appointment for the seasonal flu vaccine, please call the office where you are a patient.  The H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine is not yet available.  When it becomes available, we will post information here on how to schedule an appointment.  Please check back in the latter part of October.
