Flu Vaccine Information

The 2009-2010 seasonal flu vaccine is no longer available at our offices.  Please check the NYC Department of Health website for clinics where it is still available.

The H1N1 flu vaccine is available at our offices in limited quantities.  Because our supply is very limited, we are restricting vaccine to those at greatest danger for serious complications from the virus.  To see a list of those considered to be at high risk for complications click here.

Welcome to University Medical Practice Associates

Our multi-specialty group practice offers the experience of over 100 physicians who are board certified in internal medicine and its subspecialties including cardiology, endocrinology, diabetes & nutrition, gastroenterology, geriatrics, infectious disease, travel medicine, internal medicine, nephrology, pulmonary and rheumatology.

Patients benefit from the personalized and integrated treatment provided by this group of physicians who function as a comprehensive internal medicine group practice.

Each physician serves on the faculty of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and is a member of St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center's Department of Medicine.

The group's 10 unified divisions deliver diagnostic and treatment services in all critical specialties required to fulfill our patients' health care needs.

If a patient's illness or disability calls for the expertise of more than one medical specialty, we coordinate care within the practice for the patient's convenience. We provide our patients with a full range of care and treatment services from a single reliable source.

Our patients also benefit from the extensive technical support and professional resources gained through our close relationship with St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital and Continuum Health Partners, an integrated health services network extending throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Through these relationships, we can access for our patients the most advanced techniques and technologies in all medical disciplines including surgery, radiology, gynecology, obstetrics and many more.

In the individual division profiles, you will find additional information concerning our services and treatment capabilities that best suit your health care needs.

Contact our administrative offices for information or to schedule an appointment. We provide consultative and second opinion services, and we work with most insurance plans.
